Counseling

Happens live and in person at my office, session are 55 minutes and begin on the hour. I accept most major insurance, please click here to contact me directly to see if your insurance can be used for sessions.  For people paying out of pocket I offer a sliding scale based on income that ranges from $60-100 per session.

Coaching

Happens via phone or Skype. There are several additional services that are often a part of coaching; e-mails, recorded sessions sent directly to you, and creation of a personal resource library (articles, videos, interactive worksheets, audio recordings, etc.) For more information on options and pricing click here.
